About Me

I live in Greenville, North Carolina, but I’m originally from Chestertown, a small town on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. My journey into health and wellness started with my Bachelor’s degree in Social and Behavioral Influences on Health from Gettysburg College, and I went on to earn my Master’s in Public Health from the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University.

In 2019, I completed my health coach training at Duke Integrative Medicine, and became a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach in 2020.


Why I Became a Health Coach

My passion for health coaching grew from seeing a gap between simply educating people about healthy habits and actually helping them take action. It’s not enough to know what to do—we need support, confidence, and the right tools to put healthy habits into practice and keep them sustainable in our daily lives.
