In this 20-30 minute consultation, we’ll talk about your current health situation, how it’s affecting your life, and the goals you’d like to achieve. Together, we’ll explore whether coaching sessions are the right fit to support you in reaching those goals.
Throughout our coaching partnership, I’ll provide the support, resources, and guidance you need to start living a life that feels good to you—on your own terms. No strict diets, extreme workouts, or ‘no-fun’ zones. This is about taking control of your health, creating sustainable habits, and feeling better in your body and your life.
Coaching sessions are done via phone or Zoom call.

One 30-minute coaching session
6-Session Coaching Package
3 months of bi-weekly 30 minute coaching sessions.
8-Session Coaching Package
3 months of bi-weekly coaching and 2 months of monthly coaching.
